Friday Food Diary // BEDM Day 5


I am not a very healthy person, especially on this day. However, I didn’t want to lie about what I had eaten. I am not a professional nutritionist, but I would recommend seeking the advice of a professional before making any changes to your diet.

This is my food diary for Thursday 4th May 2017:

Breakfast – 7:20 am

  • Morrisons Super Hoops (own brand Cheerios)
  • Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • A glass of Orange squash

Lunch – 11:45pm

  • Cheese Sandwich (white bread)
  • Fox’s Rocky Caramel Bar

Snack – 4:00 pm

  • Seabrooks Sea Salted Crisps
  • Glass of Lemonade
  • 3 Digestive Biscuits

Dinner – 7:00 pm

  • Lamb Grill steaks
  • Chips
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Orange Squash

Snack – 9:30 pm

  • Banana
